Our Plan for 2019
We have grown after our first year of hosting a youth fall running program.
This year we have 16 young runners that meet three times a week to train together, learn about running, build confidence, and enjoy some games and team building.
We are having an awesome experience getting fit and fast!
Looking forward to our two fun runs in October to culminate our weeks of preparation.
You can get involved by volunteering, helping to start a group in your community, or by registering as a GOH Run Kid.
