Youth Running

gOH Run is planning to organize programs for youth development in several communities.

The program will provide a curriculum that not only prepares our young runners to be fit for life, but also teaches cooperation, teamwork, and builds confidence.  Our goal is to teach life skills as well as fitness while setting goals and working toward success.  Our plan includes eight weeks of training and lessons with a small circuit of races and a family fun run finale.  We hope to provide experienced coaching and a fun training plan to inspire and motivate.  We will charge a small fee and offer scholarships for those who are unable to pay.
