After coaching a small group of girls in the awesome Girls on the Run Program, we decided that there was a greater need for expansion and inclusion. We are growing into a multi-community youth running program with shared curriculum, training plans, and enthusiasm for running.

Our Plan for 2024

We have grown significantly after our first year of hosting a fall youth running program.

In 2019 we had 16 young runners that met three times a week to train together, learn about running, build confidence, and enjoy some games and team building.

We had an awesome experience getting fit and fast!

Our traditional fun runs in October culminate our weeks of preparation.
