OUR PHILOSOPHY

GOH Run organizes programs for youth development in several communities.

These programs provide a curriculum that not only prepares our young runners to be fit for life, but also teaches cooperation, teamwork, and builds confidence. Our aim is to teach life skills as well as fitness while setting goals and working toward success. Our plan typically includes eight weeks of training and lessons with a small circuit of races and a family fun run finale. We provide experienced coaching and a fun training plan to inspire and motivate.  We typically charge a small fee and offer scholarships for those who are unable to pay.
