Awards. $300 for 1st place male and female in the Community Heats, $200 for 1st place male and female in the Competitive Masters Division.
-Fleet Feet Cleveland / ASICS quarter zips for the top 10 male / female finishers in the Community Heat.
-Fleet Feet Cleveland certificates for any model ASICS shoes carried in stores for male and female runners-up in the Competitive Masters Division and top male and female finishers in the Stroller Division.
-Mudroom Backpacks for select finishers TBD. Stay tuned to social media during race week for announcements of additional age group / team challenge awards, giveaways, etc.
-N.B. ALL AWARDS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE FINISH FESTIVAL ON RACE DAY! THERE WILL BE NO LATE AWARDS PICKUPS. If you are uncertain whether or not you won an award, check the results kiosks at the finish, or ask a member of our volunteer team at the Awards Tent at the Finish Festival.
Clocks will be at each quarter mile along the race course. The race course is point-to-point running east across the bridge. The first quarter mile is relatively flat before a challenging uphill to roughly the halfway mark. A long downhill takes runners almost all the way to the finish, but the road levels off with roughly 100 meters to go. Footing on the bridge is excellent thanks to recent repaving, but some areas near the Start Line (just before the start of the bridge) are uneven.
ASICS t-shirts guaranteed on race day for first 500 registrants to pick up their packets.
Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream (pre-scooped) and Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza available at Finish Line Festival - first come, first serve for registered runners only. DJ, announcements and commentary at both Start and Finish Lines.
PARKING: The Guardians are away on 7/29. Ample parking is available near the start between the West Side Market lot, lots across from St. Ignatius High school, and street parking in Ohio City.
